Who We Are
Modupe Owonikoko Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to empowering widows, rehabilitating and reintegrating vulnerable children, and equipping youths with the skills and support they need to build independent and meaningful lives and also providing pro bono legal services in deserving cases.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower widows, rehabilitate and reintegrate vulnerable children, and equip youths with life-changing skills, while providing pro bono legal services that protect rights and promote justice for the underserved.
Widows
The foundation provides monthly food and financial support to over 300 widows, helping to meet basic needs and reduce economic hardship.
Street Kids
The foundation is committed to rescuing vulnerable and street-connected children, providing care, rehabilitation, and psychosocial support.
We offer free legal services through community-based legal aid clinics, ensuring access to justice for indigent and marginalized individuals.
Our Work
Supporting widows, Rehabilitation and Reintegration of street kids, youth empowerment and legal aid clinic.
The foundation provides monthly food and support to over 300 widows, In addition, we organize an annual Widows Empowerment and Christmas Party, where at least 100 widows benefit from empowerment support, including startup funds and tools for income-generating activities such as small businesses, job empowerment, and solar kiosk initiatives.
Through these interventions, we aim to restore dignity, promote self-reliance, and improve the quality of life of widows.
LEGAL AID
Free legal help for those who can't afford it.
The foundation is committed to rescuing vulnerable and street-connected children, providing care, rehabilitation, and psychosocial support.
We work towards reintegrating children into formal education, life skills programs, or vocational training, while also developing safe shelter options that offer protection, stability, and a nurturing environment.
Our goal is to give every child a chance at a safe, productive, and hopeful future.
